Founded in 2023, Prospertec Engenharia was born from the union between Castel Construtora and TARFF Engenharia, bringing together experience, technical knowledge, and innovation to operate in the real estate and construction sectors.
The company combines paths that complement each other: Castel’s experience in developing residential projects and TARFF’s expertise in project management and the construction of condominiums. This union resulted in a common purpose: to expand access to quality housing and contribute to the development of the communities where it operates.

Featured developments in Lagoa da Prata
The municipal project Habita Lagoa, carried out in partnership with Caixa Econômica Federal through the Minha Casa, Minha Vida program, featured 150 affordable housing units. The initiative reinforced Prospertec’s commitment to access to housing and contributed to more families fulfilling their dream of owning a home.
Launched in 2025 as the first club condominium in Lagoa da Prata, Vista D’ouro marked a new stage in Prospertec’s trajectory by combining housing, leisure, and community living in a single project.
